TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon
Toronto Waterfront runs you through the heart of downtown and along the lakeshore, with a course that rewards honest pacing and punishes early enthusiasm. It is a genuinely fast day if you respect the second half.

Race-Day Weather
Mid-October in Toronto usually means a cool, crisp start and a mild afternoon. You will likely need a throwaway layer in the corral and can shed it early. By the back half the temperature is comfortable for running fast, but it is rarely warm enough to be a heat problem. Wind off Lake Ontario is the wild card. On exposed waterfront sections it can slow you down more than the elevation will. Check the forecast the night before and adjust your pacing plan if it looks gusty.
Entry
Open registration and charity fundraising via TCS Charity Challenge. Race often sells out; no waitlist maintained.
