Space Coast Marathon

Registration is open to all participants on a first-come, first-served basis, starting February 12, 2026. The marathon has been known to sell out, so sign up early. Half marathon and virtual options are also available if the full fills.

Yes, the course is USATF certified and qualifies for Boston. The qualifying rate among finishers is low, so the field includes runners of all goals, but the flat course does give you a fair shot at your time.

The time limit is 7 hours, which gives most runners plenty of room to finish at a comfortable pace.

It's an out-and-back course that is nearly completely flat, with minimal total elevation gain and a net elevation change of just a few feet. There are no significant hills. Wind exposure on open coastal sections is the main variable to plan for.
