The Course
Race-Day Weather
March in Barcelona is mild but can surprise you. The gun goes off in the low-to-mid 40s, which feels cool at first, but you'll warm up fast once you're moving. By the later miles the temperature is usually in the high 50s, comfortable enough that overheating isn't a big concern for most runners. It's a genuinely good window for a fast day. Dress in light layers you can shed early, and don't overthink it.
Entry
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis with tiered pricing. Early registration costs €70 (up to 10,000 participants), €80 (10,001-17,000), €90 (17,001+). The race typically sells out well before the event date.

Most travelling runners fly into BCN, about 8 miles from the start, right on the doorstep by rideshare or transit, roughly a 13-minute trip. Stay close to the start in Barcelona so you're not fighting race-morning closures and transit on tired legs. Arrive a day early to clear the expo and bib pickup, and build in buffer for gear-check and corral entry.
