Yellowstone Marathon
The Yellowstone Trail Marathon rolls through the Rendezvous Ski Trails just outside West Yellowstone, putting you on singletrack and forest paths at the gateway to one of the most recognizable landscapes in the country. It is a trail race first, a time chase second.

Race-Day Weather
July in West Yellowstone runs cooler than most summer marathons, but the altitude means the sun hits differently. Mornings at the start can feel genuinely cold, so bring a throwaway layer for the corral. Once you're moving, temperatures rise fast and the midday sun has real bite at elevation. Humidity is generally low, which helps, but don't let the dry air fool you into skipping hydration. Drink early and keep drinking.
